Nexo Unión Capital

A new investment fund ¨Nexo Unión Capital¨ is born in Spain created by six young entrepreneurs, their main businesses come from the technology, textile and industrial sectors and they will begin their investments in Spanish Real Estate.
The objective of the new fund is investments with the main focus on buying, rehabilitating and selling real estate and, in addition, in some cases renting them and keeping them as equity.
One of the main partners is Carlos Romero, CEO of Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid, who will act as adviser and adviser for the purchases to be made, given his experience in the real estate sector.
