At Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid we sign a new operation in Malaga

Our company adds another successful operation in Malaga, with advice on the sale of a plot of land for hotel use in a particularly attractive location as it is close to the city’s Ave Station.
In recent times, the city of Malaga has become one of the cities with the most exponential growth in real estate and social development in Spain. In fact, it recently received the award for “Best City Destination” for its cultural offer, connectivity and urban tourism, arousing international interest.
Our Director of the Land Department, Esmeralda Doblas, has been in charge of managing this land of 4,000 m2 of buildable surface in Maestro Lecuona. For her part, Eva López, Head of the company’s Hotel Department, has managed the actions of the buyer of the property, a developer company of German origin with more than a thousand projects developed behind it. In this operation, it has been Mar Martínez, the Head of the Hotel Department in its International Division, another fundamental party, who has negotiated the entry of the future operator of this project, thus closing a 360-degree procedure.
This operator is one of the main ones worldwide with a presence in eight European countries, and this would be the firm’s first hotel in Malaga.
This mediation will allow the development of this project of a Boutique Hotel for 100 tourist spaces and 40 parking spaces.
