Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid merges with Moinsa Inmuebles y Servicios and we expand our portfolio of services

A great alliance will make our company Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid grow and provide a service that until now they worked in collaboration with Moinsa Inmuebles y Servicios and since February they have joined their companies to speed up the processes that have been so successful.
The Asset Management company has joined forces with Moinsa to expand its provision of services, now encompassing Appraisals, Debt Management and Judicial Expertise, and reinforcing others already implemented in the past such as the Property Administration system.
The union was formed by creating an equity fund for its private clients, estate agents and SMEs exclusively for debt purchases, transformation and improvement of real estate and its subsequent rental or sale, with margins of more than 40%, providing the client with full 360º management by the team, which has been reinforced with new lawyers, managers, analysts, architects and technicians.
This maneuver is another demonstration of Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid’s adaptability to the market and the loyalty of our clients, betting on a complete service in which the investor chooses the level of involvement in investment and divestment procedures, with the certainty that processes of growth of its patrimony or capital are being carried out.
This also occurs as a consequence of the constant internationalization of our client portfolio, who require remote attention and analysis, without having to deal personally with certain aspects. This also leads to greater globalization and attraction of foreign companies and investors.
