<p>In Santa Eulalia, one of the most touristic areas of Ibiza, the Hotel Fun Vistamar was located, an Ibizan-style accommodation that Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid completely rehabilitated, raising it to a 4-star category and renaming it with the name Sea Ibiza. </p>
<p>Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid, thanks to its experience in the hotel sector and its track record in Ibiza, has found the right firm for this concept and this location,</p>
<p>getting a contract with a new operator. This operator is Outsite, which already has more than forty assets to stay around the world. In Spain this will be his second hotel, the first in the Balearic Islands.</p>
<p>The members of the Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid team involved in this operation last August were Carlos Romero and Mar Martínez in the negotiations, and Iván Losada, in charge of managing works and obtaining licenses.</ p>
